Get an email when we publish a new wave
Choose a game or any game. We use your address only to tell you about new waves we publish for it on this page. No marketing, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
You will first get an email asking you to confirm your address. Alerts only start after you confirm.
Check whether your ban is part of a wider wave
When a publisher, platform, or anti-cheat vendor pushes a new detection rule, legitimate players can get swept into the same enforcement queue as confirmed cheaters. A good appeal starts by separating your account history from the wider wave signal.
What we look at before drafting
We compare the game, patch window, anti-cheat provider, ban wording, platform replies, and public player reports. That tells us whether your case should lead with a false-positive timeline, account-security explanation, GDPR/DSA request, or a more direct support appeal.
Evidence to preserve now
Save the ban notice, launcher screenshots, emails, match or login history, purchase receipts, support replies, and any clean reinstall or hardware timeline before opening a case.
Start with the evidence
Save the ban notice, launcher logs, account history and purchase receipts before you appeal. Then tell us what happened.
