How Roblox bans work
Roblox distinguishes two kinds of bans. Roblox Corporation moderates accounts under its Terms of Use and Community Standards, and these decisions can be appealed in the account settings; separately, each experience's developer can ban players from that experience.
Experience bans, e.g. in titles of studios such as BIG Games, are therefore decided by the developer and not by Roblox, and they go through the developer's own appeal process. Thus, an appeal to Roblox does not change an experience ban, and vice versa.

How to appeal a Roblox ban

Save the ban notice
The first step is to secure the Roblox ban message as a screenshot and as text, together with the date, the platform and any reference number or ID it shows.

Find the rule it relies on
The notice usually names a rule. That rule shall be looked up in the terms Roblox Corporation publishes, so that the appeal answers it instead of making a general complaint. Roblox Corporation terms of service

Collect what supports your side
Useful evidence includes purchase receipts, earlier support replies with ticket numbers and, for a device ban, when the PC or console was acquired and who else used it. A password, however, is never part of the evidence.

Send one clear appeal to the appeals page in your Roblox account (platform bans) or the experience developer's own appeal process (experience bans)

Keep the ticket and follow up with facts
The ticket number and the reply shall be kept. If Roblox Corporation refuses, a second request makes sense only with new facts or a clearer explanation; repeating the first request adds nothing.

Through the appeals section in your Roblox account settings, for the specific violation shown. Explain why the content or action did not break the rule cited.
How do I appeal a ban in a BIG Games experience?
Through BIG Games' own channels, because the ban was set by the developer for its experience; Roblox states that its support cannot remove creator bans. BIG Games offers a contact form on its website and a Discord server.
